§ 71.49 U-TURNS.
   U-turns are prohibited except at designated locations. To be designated for a U-turn, the location shall be reviewed by the Town Engineer or designee and found to have adequate sight lines and turning radii based on American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) standards and guidelines. All U-turn locations shall be marked with appropriate signage meeting AASHTO standards.
