§ 71.13 TITLE, REGISTRATION, AND LICENSE VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in violation of the “Tennessee Motor Vehicle Title and Registration Law, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 55-1-101 et seq.,” or the “Uniform Classified and Commercial Driver License Act of 1988, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 55-50-101 et seq.”
