(A) All violations of state regulations for the operation of vehicles committed within the corporate limits of the municipality and which are defined by state law are hereby designated and declared to be offenses against the Town of Collierville also. This provision shall not apply to any offenses in which the state courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
(B) A violation of this section shall be punishable by the maximum fine allowable under state law.
