§ 70.54 DISPOSAL OF ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLES.
   Abandoned motor vehicles, as defined in Tenn. Code Ann. § 55-16-103, shall be impounded and disposed of by the Police Department in accordance with the provisions of Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 55-16-103 through 55-16-112.
