(A) All motor vehicles required by state law to be registered with the County Clerk with an address within the Town must be registered with the County Clerk. Registration shall be valid for a term concurrent with the State Automobile Registration.
(B) No person shall operate any motor vehicle on any street without having in his or her possession an operator’s license or a chauffeur’s license valid under the laws of this state or a valid license of his or her state of residence.
