§ 70.02 AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY VEHICLES DEFINED.
   AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY VEHICLES shall be Fire Department vehicles, Police vehicles and such ambulances and other emergency vehicles as are designated by the Chief of Police, or as otherwise provided by Tenn. Code Ann. § 55-8-101.
