§ 70.01 MOTOR VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle within the corporate limits unless such vehicle is equipped with properly operating muffler, lights, brakes, horn and such other equipment as is prescribed and required by Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 55-9-201 et seq.
