(A) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other legal entity violating any of the ordinances of the Town shall be fined not more than $50 or the maximum amount permitted by state law, whichever is greater, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day of violation; provided, however, that this section does not limit any penalties established pursuant to § 53.10 herein for violation of pretreatment enforcement.
(B) If the ruling made by the control authority is unsatisfactory to the person requesting reconsideration, he or she may within 90 days after notification of control authority action file a written appeal.
