§ 51.98 VIOLATIONS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter.

(B) Tampering with the water meter in any way that interferes with the measurement of the water flow (usage) or installing a pipe or device to cause the water to bypass the meter shall be a felony.
