The Public Utilities Division of the Town is authorized and instructed to make plans for the fluoridation of the water supply of the Town, to submit such plans to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and upon approval from same, to add such chemicals as fluoride to the water supply, in accordance with such approval, as will adequately provide for the fluoridation of the water supply.
