§ 51.58 SUPPLY AND RESALE OF WATER.
   All water shall be supplied within the municipality exclusively by the municipality and no customer shall, directly or indirectly, sell, sublet, assign, otherwise dispose of the water or any part thereof, except with written permission from the municipality.
