§ 51.01 ADMINISTRATION OF SERVICES.
   (A)   There is within the Public Services Department a division known as Public Utilities which will be responsible for providing the water and sanitary sewer services of the Town.
   (B)   The Public Utilities Division shall be administered by a Public Utilities Division Manager.
