§ 50.35 YARD WASTE COLLECTION FEE.
   (A)   All residential property within the Town of Collierville will receive yard waste collection service. Yard waste may consist of bagged grass in bags less than 40 pounds each, tree limbs less than 10 feet in length, bushes and shrubs and wood type construction material. All such debris shall be placed at curbside in dome shaped piles away from structures such as mailboxes, fire hydrants, power poles and the like.
   (B)   The Town will not provide collections for contractor-related projects. Dirt, concrete, brick, large amounts of carpet or roofing will not be collected. Tree and landscape service companies are required to haul off all trees and brush they generate. The Town will collect grass cuttings from contracted service.
   (C)   When tree limbs or construction debris exceed one truckload, the excess material may be left for the following weeks collection. If the property owner agrees to pay the established yard waste collection fee for excess brush and a truck is available, it will return before the next scheduled collection day. The fee charged will be set by resolution.
   (D)   The Town of Collierville will collect loose leaves between November 1 and March 31. Leaves are to be placed in dome shaped piles and not placed in ditches that will interfere with drainage. Leaves placed in bags will be collected weekly throughout the year.
