The Commission shall have a Chairman, a Vice Chairman, and a Secretary, and such other officers as may be duly authorized and elected by the Board of Commissioners. The officers shall be elected annually by majority vote of the Board of Commissioners. Despite the expiration of an officer’s term, he or she shall continue to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified. An officer may resign at any time by delivering his or her resignation to the Commission. A resignation shall be effective when delivered unless it specifies a later effective date. The Board of Commissioners may remove any officer at any time with or without cause.
