(A) A member of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen shall be selected by a majority vote of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to serve as a liaison to the Commission. The term of the liaison shall be for one year. The liaison shall be entitled to all notices of meetings and shall be entitled to attend such meetings, but will not be a member of the Board of Commissioners and will have no voting rights.
(B) One member shall be a high school student appointed by the BMA. The principal of each high school will be asked to submit two nominations for the BMA to consider. Students from private schools and those who are home schooled may also apply.
