Regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners may be held at such time and place as such Board shall from time to time determine. The Board of Commissioners may hold special meetings, and such meetings may be called by the Chairman or any two Commissioners. All meetings shall be open to the public and shall comply with the requirements of Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 8-44-101 et seq. A record shall be made of all meetings and actions taken by the Commission.
