(A) All funds collected from the fire fee shall be used for the purposes of maintaining and extending fire protection and other related emergency services.
(B) Each fiscal year, the Town Administrator shall present to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen a proposed capital improvement program for the fire services, assigning funds, including accrued interest, from fire protection funds to fire and other related emergency services and expenses. Monies, including any accrued interest, that are not assigned in any fiscal period shall be reserved in the fund balance in the next fiscal period.
