§ 37.114 EXEMPTIONS.
   No tax shall be assessed or collected for the development of:
   (A)   Residential structures;
   (B)   Buildings used for agricultural purposes;
   (C)   Public buildings;
   (D)   Places of worship;
   (E)   Industrial buildings.
