§ 37.110 ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY; PROHIBITION.
   No building permit or certificate of occupancy for new office, industrial or commercial development within the Town of Collierville municipal limits shall be issued unless and until the tax herein imposed has been paid in full by the person engaging in such new development.
