This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the Charter powers of the Town of Collierville, Tennessee, and under the authority conferred to the Town to levy a historic preservation tax on the privilege of engaging in the business of new commercial and office development by Chapter 175 of the Tennessee Private Acts of 1992 and new industrial development Chapter 41, House Bill #1972 of the Tennessee Private Acts of 1999.
