§ 37.016 CHECKS TO BE SIGNED BY MAYOR OR VICE MAYOR AND TO BE COUNTERSIGNED.
   All checks issued in payment for expenditures shall be signed by the Mayor or Vice Mayor and countersigned by another member of the Board.
