Corporate funds may be deposited at any financial institution at which deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Federal Saving and Loan Insurance Corporation. Preference for municipal deposits shall be given to financial institutions meeting the above requirements located within the corporate limits of Collierville with all other relevant considerations being equal.
