§ 30.08 MAYOR SUPERVISES TOWN’S AFFAIRS.
   The Mayor shall have general supervision of all municipal affairs and may require such reports from the officers and the employees as he or she may deem necessary to carry out his or her executive responsibilities. It shall be the duty of the Mayor from time to time to make reports to the Board concerning the condition of the public institutions and services of the Town and to recommend measures for their improvement. The Mayor shall be responsible for seeing that all laws and ordinances of the Town are enforced.
