The Board shall meet at the Town’s Municipal Center, or such other place as the Mayor may designate from time to time, on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:00 p.m. or at such other time as the Mayor may designate from time to time. Should the regular meeting day fall on a legal holiday, the meeting will be held on the Tuesday immediately following the holiday.
