For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(a) "Garage sale" or "yard sale" shall be defined to include garage sales, yard sales, basement sales or other similar sales conducted by an individual who is not ordinarily engaged in the wholesale or retail sales business and who is not licensed or authorized to conduct a wholesale or retail business within the Village.
(b) "Individual" shall be defined as an individual, group of individuals or an association of individuals.
