840.09 CONSENT OF PROPERTY OWNER.

No person licensed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall remain, sell, barter, bargain to sell or solicit orders for goods, wares or merchandise at the front of or at the side of any property against the wish or desire of the owner or tenant of such property.
