(a) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to make it unlawful for the owner of any product of his own raising, production or manufacture to sell, bargain to sell or solicit orders by himself or to advertise such articles or products in the Village without the license required by this chapter.
(b) This chapter shall not apply to any person acting solely on behalf of a nonprofit organization, to any person engaged in the sale and delivery of milk, dairy products or other food products or to newspaper carriers along their regular delivery routes.
