Unless otherwise provided in these Codified Ordinances, all meetings of Council, Council committees, commissions, boards, citizen advisory committees to Council and other similar public bodies of the Municipality shall be held at the Village Hall.
All meetings of the described public bodies shall be open to the public, unless an executive session is expressly authorized under the applicable provisions of State law. The motion to vote to enter into executive session shall state the general subject matter of the business to be considered at the executive session. Nothing herein contained shall mandate any public participation in such open meetings, unless specifically required by the provisions of these Codified Ordinances.
