622.03 UNLAWFUL HOUSING PRACTICES.
   It shall be an unlawful housing practice and a violation of this chapter for any person to violate any of the following regulations:
   (a)   No person or real estate agent shall:
      (1)   Discriminate against a person in the selling, leasing, subleasing, renting, assigning or otherwise transferring of any interest in a housing unit;
      (2)   Discriminate against a person by refusing to negotiate, by making false representations on the availability of a housing unit or by withdrawing from the market a housing unit which is for sale, lease, sublease or rental;
      (3)   Include in the terms, conditions or privileges of a sale, lease, sublease, rental, assignment or other transfer of any housing, a clause, condition or restriction that discriminates against a person in the use or occupancy of such housing; or
      (4)   Discriminate in the furnishing of facilities, repairs, improvements or services to any person, or in the terms, conditions, privileges or tenure of occupancy of any person.
   (b)   No lending institution shall discriminate in lending money, guaranteeing loans, accepting deeds of trust or mortgage or otherwise making available funds for the purchase, acquisition, construction, alteration, rehabilitation, repair or maintenance of any housing. No lending institution shall discriminate in the fixing of rates, terms, conditions or provisions of such financial assistance.
   (c)   No person, with respect to any prohibited act specified in this chapter, shall publish or circulate, or cause to be published or circulated, a notice, statement, listing or advertisement, or announce a policy or make a record, in connection with the prospective sale, lease, sublease, rental or financing of housing, which indicates reliance on, or a determination or decision that is based on, race, color, creed, sex, marital status, age, religious belief, national origin or handicap.
   (d)   No person shall assist in, compel or coerce the doing of an act declared to be an unlawful housing practice under this chapter, or obstruct or prevent the enforcement of or compliance with this chapter, or attempt, directly or indirectly, to commit an act declared by this chapter to be an unlawful housing practice.
   (e)   No person shall:
      (1)   Induce or attempt to induce, by direct or indirect methods, the sale, transfer of interest in, or listing for sale of, any housing by making representations regarding the existing or potential proximity of real property that is owned, used or occupied by a person of a particular race, color, creed, religious belief, national origin or handicap;
      (2)   Make any representation to a prospective purchaser or lessee that any housing in a particular block, neighborhood or area may undergo, is undergoing or has undergone a change with respect to the racial, color, religious, nationality or ethnic composition of such block, neighborhood or area;
