SECTION 6.06 BOARD OF HEALTH

If the Village becomes a city, Council, may, by ordinance, determine to establish a local Board of Health composed of five (5) members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. The term of office shall be two (2) years from the date of appointment. Compensation of members of the Board of Health shall be established by Council to the extent State law allows.
