SECTION 6.05 INCOME TAX BOARD OF REVIEW

An Income Tax Board of Review consisting of three (3) members appointed by the Mayor for a term of three years, with the consent of Council, shall have the powers conferred upon it by Council. Any person dissatisfied with any rule or decision of the Income Tax Administrator may appeal to the Board pursuant to rules established by Council.
