The Mayor shall be a resident and elector of the Village for at least twenty-four (24) consecutive months prior to the time of filing for office, and shall continue to be a qualified elector and resident of the Village during the elective term of office.
The Mayor shall hold no other elective public office. The Mayor shall not be otherwise employed by, nor shall hold any other compensated office of this Village except as provided by this Charter.
