SECTION 3.01 TERM OF MAYOR

The Mayor shall be elected by the popular vote of the electors of the Village on a non-partisan ballot for a four (4) year term to begin on the first day of January following election. There shall be no limit to the number of consecutive terms the Mayor may serve.
