474.12 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP; LICENSING UPON SALE.

Upon the sale or other transfer of any bicycle, the licensee shall remove the license sticker, if such bicycle was licensed at the time of sale or transfer, and the subsequent owner shall apply for a new license and license sticker under the same procedures set forth in this chapter for an original application.
