452.12 PARKING AND STORAGE OF COMMERCIAL AND HEAVY VEHICLES AND TRAILERS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No person shall stand or park a commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, bus, school bus, semitrailer, recreational vehicle and/or trailer exceeding 22 feet in length on any street, highway, alley, public driveway or vacant lot within any residential or commercial area designated as an R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-O, C-1, C-2 or C-3 zoning district as set forth on the Zoning Map of the Village, except for the purpose of loading or unloading or to service or receive services from adjacent premises, but only for so long as it takes to perform such acts.

   (b)   As used in this division, "commercial trailer" means a trailer required to carry commercial trailer license plates by the laws of the State and the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
   The occupier or resident in a Residential District may park and store a commercial trailer in a garage so as to be out of view of the public and other residents of such Residential District.

   (c)   Whoever violates division (a) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. For a second offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 408.01, subject to the waiver provisions of Section 452.11.

   (d)   Whoever violates division (b) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 408.01, subject to the waiver provisions of Section 452.11.
