(a) No person shall use motor vehicle brakes within the Village of Coldwater, which are in any way activated or operated by the compression of the engine of any motor vehicle or any unit part thereof.
(b) The Village Administrator is hereby authorized to post the appropriate signs consistent with the provisions of this section.
(c) Emergency vehicles are exempted from this provision as well as use where necessary in an emergency for the protection of persons and/or property.
(d) Any person convicted of violating this section shall be fined not more than $50.00.
