1030.99 PENALTY.

Any person, group, association, firm, entity, corporation, committee, or organization who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the following penalties:

(a) A misdemeanor of the fourth degree for the first offense.

(b) A misdemeanor of the third degree for the second offense.
