1028.14 SPACING OF TREES AND DISTANCES FROM PUBLIC STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE.

All street trees shall be planted in accordance with the accepted 100 year plan as recommended by the Tree Commission and approved by the Village Council. Trees shall not be located on public or private property within thirty-five feet of an intersecting street as measured from the point of intersecting curb lines.
