1028.08 REVIEW BY VILLAGE COUNCIL.

The Village Council has the right to review the conduct, acts, and decisions of the Village Tree Commission. Any person may appeal any ruling, decision, or order of the Tree Commission to the Village Board of Appeals, who may hear the matter and make a decision.
