1028.05 POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSION.

(a) The Commission shall disseminate news and information regarding the selection, planting and maintenance of the urban forest of the Village, whether the same be on private or public property.

(b) The Commission will implement an annual Arbor Day observance.

(c) The Commission will establish the recommended species, family, genus and variety of trees to be planted in street right-of-ways and other public areas.

(d) The Commission will establish and maintain an inventory of Village trees.
