1028.04 COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS.

(a) The at large Tree Commission members shall serve four year terms. All members shall be appointed for four years. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, a successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of the term.

(b) Tree Commission members shall serve without compensation.
