1028.03 CREATION; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby created and established a Village Tree Commission. The Tree Commission shall consist of four members of the community at large appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council. One Council member shall be appointed to the Tree Commission by the Village Council. The Manager and Village Arborist shall serve as an ex-officio members of the Tree Commission.
