The primary purpose and objective of the Tree Commission shall be to maintain and cultivate a healthy environment for the urban forest of the Village of Coldwater. The Commission will study, investigate, make findings, report, and recommend upon any special matter or question regarding the planting, maintenance, preservation, removal, and/or disposition of trees and shrubs in parks, along streets, and in other public places.
