(a) Upon request, an owner of rental property located in the Municipality, whether residential, commercial or industrial ("rental property"), shall file with the Tax Administrator a report prescribed by the Tax Administrator listing the name, address, and telephone number of each tenant occupying rental property owned by such owner.
(b) Within 30 days after a new tenant leases rental property, the owner(s) of such property shall file with the Tax Administrator a report prescribed by the Tax Administrator listing the name, address, and telephone number of the new tenant.
(c) Within 30 days after a tenant vacates rental property, the owner(s) of such property shall file with the Tax Administrator a report prescribed by the Tax Administrator listing the name of the vacating tenant, the date of vacation, and a forwarding address for the vacating tenant.
