883.012 PURPOSES OF TAX; RATE.

(a) To provide funds for the purposes of general municipal operations, maintenance, new equipment, extension and enlargement of municipal services and facilities and capital improvements of Coldwater, Ohio, there shall be, and is hereby, levied a tax on Municipal taxable income as hereinafter provided.

(b) Subject to the provisions of this chapter, an annual tax for the purposes specified above shall be imposed on and after January 1, 2016, at the rate of one percent per annum.
