276.05 RECREATION AND PARK FUND.

All money for the purposes set forth in this chapter, arising from taxation, contribution, gift or otherwise, shall be placed in a special fund designated as the Recreation and Park Fund, and shall be disbursed by the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village in accordance with the order of Council. All expenditures are first to be approved by the Recreation Board. It is specifically provided that such Fund shall be used for no purpose other than those mentioned in this chapter.
