249.345 USE OF VILLAGE OWNED VEHICLES FOR EMPLOYEE TRANSPORTATION.

No employee of the Village shall use any Village owned vehicle for transporting that employee to and from his or her place of residence outside of the Village to his or her place of employment within the Village. This section shall not apply to employees of the Village who are on standby duty.
