249.34 USE OF VILLAGE EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES.

No employee shall use or permit the use of any Village equipment or facility under his or her control for any purpose other than official use, except as may be designated and determined by the Mayor when no equipment or facility can be furnished from a private source.
