(a) Employees, while on duty, shall make every effort at all times to efficiently and conscientiously carry out their responsibilities to the best of their abilities and shall strive to maintain an attitude of cooperation between themselves and employees of other departments.
(b) Employees shall conduct themselves while off duty in such a manner as to reflect no discredit or embarrassment upon their departments or upon the Village.
