One full time Street Department employee should be on call and available to respond within twenty minutes for weather-related duties on each of the recognized holidays observed in December and January. These on-call periods shall run from 6:00 p.m. on the evening before the holiday until 6:00 p.m. on the holiday. The employee who is on call shall be compensated an additional twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day, plus all hours actually worked at the holiday rate of pay.
